Christmas Charity Action

Helping and giving back to others is an integral part of the Enxoo culture. It’s a pillar that is also heavily linked to our daily work and related to the overall goals and mission of the company. Enxoo employees regularly take part in CSR actions. There are actually so many of them, but there is one, in particular, we are happy it happens again! We are talking about the Christmas Charity Action that’s taking place every year.

For a lot of people, Christmas is one of the most special days of the year, especially for children!

It is not only an important day when we celebrate time together, but also when some of our dreams come true. Probably each of us knows the great feeling when you get a gift you have been waiting for a long time. 

But…not every family can afford making their children’s dreams come true. So we decided to help these families to make great memories for their kids that will be remembered for a long time! The Christmas action usually includes the collection of money for selected Children’s Homes. In 2021, we collected money for orphanages in Łódź and Małdyty.

How did we raise the money? Enxoo employees organized an auction in the Warsaw office where unused items (e.g. books, headphones), handmade items (e.g. macrames, soaps, tinctures), and services (e.g. photo sessions, professional dance lesson) were sold to the highest bidder. During the two-week auction, there was no shortage of fun, laughter and continuous bidding! Enxoo employees were very involved in this event and emotions were flying high. Through such actions, we can help others, but they are also a great way to boost the company atmosphere by getting to know each other better.

We used the collected money to buy toys and other items which we then donated to the orphanages. Some employees also took their private time after working hours to visit the children personally to present them with gifts.

Don’t forget, we were all children once and Christmas is a perfect time to help put a smile on a child’s face. That’s why we are proud that so many Enxoo employees contribute and support a great cause and moment like this!
