Enxoo wins “People & Culture Award” at the CC – Global Awards 2022
Enxoo won the “People & Culture Award” at the CC – Global Awards 2022 ceremony held in Berlin on June 23 and organised by the Carrier Community. This is an amazing achievement for us and we are super proud of winning this award, especially as we celebrate Enxoo’s 10th anniversary this year!

We believe that only early and frequent delivery of working software reveals the true power of the agile approach. This is why we work with our customers to define a Minimal Viable Product (MVP) and deploy it into production as soon as possible.
However, we always start with understanding our customer’s business goals, allowing us to deliver tangible value and measurable results. Each of us is responsible for the quality of everything we do – this is our highest priority and something we never compromise on.
Enxoo has been working with NGOs since 2014, delivering Salesforce implementation and fundraising functionalities on a pro bono basis. We volunteer our time and skills to support charities and non-profit organizations (such as Alivia, Rak`nRoll, JIM, FDDS, WOŚP) – giving back to others is an integral part of the Enxoo culture.
