Event summary: Capacity Europe 2021

More than 1,400 delegates on-site from 60 countries participated in Capacity Europe 2021 – it’s the largest event in Europe, uniting the global telecommunications industry. Enxoo attended as an exhibitor at this flagship conference, which was held in London on October 18-21, 2021.

This year’s key themes included the future of carrier collaboration via APIs, network softwarisation, future trends driving digital transformation, digitalization, and the adoption of automation – these were also the topics Enxoo discussed on the conference floor and in meetings during the event.

Enxoo was present with a booth and four industry experts: Cezary Chałupa, Emma Cox, Ethan Lawlor, and Grzegorz Popardowski. During our discussions with operators, we focused on 3 success factors that help telco businesses to create a customer centric-organization and increase operational efficiency:

  • LSO API Solutions form Enxoo
The collaboration between operators can be a time-consuming, manual and error-prone process. The integration of such operator-to-operator processes through API-based automation can result in significant benefits.
  • Zero-touch approach
As customer demand constantly changes and new technologies such as IoT, 5G and AI reinforce the need for improvement and automation, the concept of Zero-touch is becoming increasingly important.
  • Telecom-specific CPQ
A robust pricing engine makes quote creation accurate, quick, and easy – not only for internal sales reps, but also for internal and external stakeholders as it unifies the experience across all channels.
