Our Sales team is key to our explosive growth worldwide, so we are looking for an outcomes-oriented, highly collaborative Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit to help us tackle this massive market opportunity and achieve significant revenue targets. This is not your standard tactical role selling professional services. You will be the manager of your territory, driving the go-to-market strategy and leading the sales cycle with a cross-functional, agile team. You will sell strategic business outcomes with long-term, high growth engagements.
Salary:
18000 – 22000 PLN net + VAT per month (B2B)
What you’ll be doing:
- Leading the sales cycle with a cross-functional, agile team
- Selling strategic business outcomes with long-term, high growth engagements
- Identify new sales opportunities and drive a new business at Enxoo
- Actively seek and acquire new customers and business partners
- Manage sales process from prospecting phase up to contract closure
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Understand clients’ business and needs and explain the technical solutions Enxoo offers based on product knowledge and positioning
- Monitor progress against the sales plan and adjust as needed,
- Develop and implement new sales initiatives
- Occasional business trips to client
What you’ll need:
- +3 years of experience in quota carrying full-cycle sales process
- Software or technology experience selling both to IT and business leaders (preferably in SaaS model)
- Strong experience selling into the Communications and Media arena working with procurement, legal, and business teams in large enterprises
- Fluency in English (at least C1)
- Ability to collaborate and influence in a win as a team environment
- Strong drive for results
- Strong business acumen
- Can articulate ROI
- Planning and Closing Skills
- Experience with Salesforce technology & telco industry knowledge will be a plus
