Salary:
12000 – 22000 PLN net + VAT per month (B2B)
What you’ll be doing:
- Modeling and optimizing business processes
- Collecting business requirements and decomposing them into backlog elements
- Define user stories implementation design and acceptance criteria
- Designing the functionality in accordance with the client’s needs and good UX practices
- Doing cost-benefit analysis for the solutions being implemented
- Preparing project documentation
- Assuring the realization is consistent with the system’s business architecture
- Supporting acceptance testing
- Working directly with our international clients
What will you need?
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an analyst or consultant at an IT company
- Experience with Scrum-type teamwork will be a plus
- A desire to develop your skills with Salesforce
- Good command of English (at least B2)
- Ability to design business software, taking into consideration process diagrams and data models
- Familiarity with the techniques of collecting business requirements and decomposing them
- Good grasp of UML and/or BPMN
- Familiarity with the methodology of carrying out IT projects
- Ability to prepare IT system documentation
- We work mainly with communications and real estate companies – if you’ve worked in those industries, we’d love it if you shared your experience with us
- Business Analyst/Product Owner certificate will be a plus

- Experience in working with Salesforce
