As a Business Development Representative you will focus on lead generation and assisting the end-to-end sales process of a very advanced software for the Telecommunications industry. This position involves detective work of gathering necessary intelligence, smart communication with our potential clients, acquisition with use of modern techniques and tools (Salesforce, Sales navigator a few others). Provide prospective customers/clients with the full range of our services, as well as additional presentations if needed. Work with clients to create solutions best suited to their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and open to new challenges and ever-evolving customer expectations.  

What you’ll be doing:

  • Making initial contact with our potential clients via event campaigns, smart, personalized messaging, social engagements and cold calling/mailing
  • Presenting company, solutions and delivering demos to our potential clients
  • Working with clients and supporting the rest of the sales team throughout the whole sales process
  • Investigating customer needs, discovering pain points and offering solutions best suited to customers needs and expectations
  • Researching potential leads using available public data, web searches, social media or other digital resources as well as state of the art investigative tool provided
  • Be a subject matter expert and Enxoo’s evangelist
  • Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and lead generating metrics
  • Building lead pipelines with channel partners and team members

What you’ll need?

  • Previous experience in outbound B2B campaigns, inside sales/ business development, or related lead generating/ business development  experience
  • Command of English (at least C1 in speaking and writing)
  • Creativity in crafting smart ways to approach our new customers
  • Confidence in making calls and talking to new people
  • Persuasiveness and goal orientation  
  • Energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor
  • Self-motivation
  • CRM/Salesforce experience will be an asset
