What you’ll do:
  • Own Your Projects / Programs: Take the lead in independently organizing and overseeing projects and teams, ensuring that deliverables and timelines are met.
  • Budget Control: Be fully accountable for overseeing and managing project budgets.
  • Client Collaboration: Collaborate with C-level clients to understand their needs and provide well-founded solutions.
  • Creating Value: Unlock the client’s potential and generate value throughout each phase of the project.
  • Business Insight: Demonstrate strong business acumen while maintaining a positive attitude and effective communication.
  •  Business Development: Showcase your ability to contribute to and lead business development activities effectively, including cross-selling and up-selling
  • Leadership: Efficiently manage multiple scrum teams of Salesforce Specialists, including Developers, Testers, Architects, and Product Owners.

What you will need:
  • Project Management Expertise: Proven project management capabilities with a minimum of 5 years of experience, demonstrating your ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and adeptly navigate through ambiguity and change.
  • IT Consulting / Implementation Background: Experience in well-established IT consulting or implementation firms, with a track record of delivering complex projects and cultivating robust client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving Prowess: Demonstrated problem-solving skills, including critical thinking, data analysis, and providing structured solutions to complex business challenges.
  • Agile Proficiency: A robust understanding of agile project principles and practices.
  • Natural Leadership: Being a natural leader is part of your DNA.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset: You possess a sales-driven mindset.
  • Fluency in English: Proficiency in English is essential.
