The Challenge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Salesforce<\/a> has been Arelion\u2019s platform of choice since 2006, mainly utilized in the areas of opportunity management, order processing and customer service. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Arelion used a third-party, non-native Salesforce CPQ solution which greatly impacted operational visibility.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The CPQ system involved of a complex data entry procedure, resulting in a poor user experience, frequent technical issues, and an inefficient lead-to-order process. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It was important for Arelion to reduce total Cost of Ownership (TOC) of the current CPQ solution.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
