Upp is a new FTTH operator in the UK<\/strong> with a plan to invest GBP 1 billion to roll out a full fiber network to more than 1 million premises by 2025 in eastern England.<\/strong> Upp has support from investment groups and partner suppliers such as Nokia, Linksys, Fujikura and Salesforce<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

The Challenge<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Founded in early 2021, Upp is a newcomer to the UK telecoms market, offering next-level broadband <\/a>to consumers and local businesses in underserved towns<\/strong> and areas across the East of England. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a new company, Upp needed to build its IT infrastructure from scratch, including business support systems (BSS). <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

In addition, Upp had no web presence, HR Management solutions or marketing automation platform.\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upp wanted a flexible solution that would limit inbound calls and allow its B2C & B2B customers to self-serve<\/strong> \u2013 making contact seamless and always-on. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Upp needed a BSS solution that is comprehensive enough to automate its entire Lead-to-Cash process, scalable to adapt to future growth, and easy to implement to meet a tight go-live deadline.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
