Enxoo will process the personal information you provide in your job application for the purposes of managing and assessing your suitability for the advertised role and communicating with you about the recruitment process.

The information we collect may include your contact details, CV, employment history, qualifications, references, and any other information you choose to provide as part of your application.

We process this information on the basis of our legitimate interest in recruiting staff and to take steps at your request prior to entering into an employment contract. Access to your information will be limited to those involved in the recruitment process and may be shared with trusted service providers who support our recruitment systems where necessary.

If your application is unsuccessful, we will normally retain your details for up to 12 months after the recruitment process concludes, unless a longer retention period is required by law or you consent to us keeping your details for future opportunities.

You have rights under UK data protection law, including the right to request access to your personal data, request correction or deletion of your data, and object to certain types of processing.
