The Challenge
To compete in an increasingly on-demand, API-driven wholesale market, T Wholesale team
set out to modernize its complex BSS landscape and eliminate legacy limitations that slowed customer response and innovation.
The project’s scale and scope were unprecedented – five delivery teams, a 2-year program, and a transformation touching every critical process, from leads to billing.
Key challenges included:
● Fragmented sales and ordering systems that separated manual and API-based journeys.
● High-risk dependencies with external service delivery systems developed in parallel.
● Complex migration of thousands of active service records into a new Communications Cloud data model.
● The need to align with TM Forum and MEF standards while maintaining business continuity.
T Wholesale’s goal was clear: build a unified, agile BSS platform that could power global growth and deliver quotes and services at market speed.

The Solution
Enxoo, in partnership with Salesforce, delivered a future-ready BSS platform built on Salesforce
Communications Cloud and Enxoo’s Wholesale Accelerator – designed to streamline and
automate T Wholesale’s entire sales-to-delivery process.
The transformation was guided by three architectural principles:
● Industry Standards First – Using the TM Forum process framework and MEF Sonata APIs
as design compasses ensured process excellence and interoperability.
● Agile, Iterative Delivery – Starting with a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) that evolved into
a Minimum Marketable Product (MMP) allowed continuous business feedback and risk
reduction.
● Unified Multi-Team Design – Early investment in a shared high-level design and
dependency management enabled five teams to work in parallel – with zero rework.
Core solution pillars included:
● Unified Sales Journey – Merging manual and API-based quoting and ordering into a single,
coherent experience.
● Intelligent Automations – Attribute-based pricing, auto-quote and order creation, address
verification, and serviceability checks reduced quote turnaround times dramatically.
● User-Centric Design – A Figma-driven “UX-first” approach ensured intuitive adoption and
minimal training.
● Data Transparency – A new reporting database provided full visibility across sales
performance and operational processes.
The Human Factor
Beyond technology, this transformation was powered by trust, collaboration, and shared
ownership.
Teams from across Europe worked as one – blending online workshops with key onsite sessions
that fostered genuine partnership.
The collaboration between T Wholesale and Enxoo became a defining strength of the program – proving that in large-scale transformation, partnership is as critical as the platform.
“This project proved that agility in system delivery is not theoretical – it’s practical,
outcome-driven, and transformative.” – said Martika Grabowska, Business Architect, Enxoo.

The Results
T Wholesale now operates on a future-proof, API-enabled BSS – an agile foundation for innovation, automation, and long-term market leadership.
The program delivered a new digital backbone for company’s wholesale business, with measurable outcomes:
| Business Goal | Solution Delivered | Outcome |
| Increase Sales Velocity | High-impact automations for quoting, pricing, and serviceability | Faster quote-to-order process – a decisive advantage in competitive bids |
| Enhance Operational Efficiency | Unified manual and API sales paths; advanced reporting | End-to-end visibility and self-managed pricing processes for business users |
| Future-Proof Operations | Robust, extensible architecture aligned with TM Forum & MEF standards | Scalable platform ready for API expansion, mass operations, and new product onboarding |
This transformation is a significant step in our ongoing journey to simplify and digitize our global operations. By unifying our BSS, we’re giving teams the agility and transparency needed to deliver exceptional service to customers and partners worldwide.
