What you’ll be doing:
- Working as part of our Finance Team in daily tasks (e.g. invoicing, payments, accounting, documentation, etc.)
- Analyzing costs, sales figures, and actual company results in relation to budget and forecasts
- Supporting the preparation of budgets and periodic forecasts
- Supporting the CFO in reporting to stakeholders and in financial reporting
- Monitoring daily financial operations, tracking the company’s financial situation and results, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of accounting data
- Developing performance analysis by creating KPIs and tracking key metrics across different departments and product groups
- Implementing improvements to metrics and reporting processes
- Coordinating cooperation with outsourced accounting offices in Enxoo’s international entities (outside Poland), gaining exposure to cross-border financial operations
What you’ll need:
- 3-5 years of professional experience in an internal accounting department or an accounting office, ideally including exposure to international or cross-border operations
- Experience with reporting and analysis
- Good command of MS Office (especially Excel); Qlik Sense will be an additional advantage
- Very good communication skills
- Attention to detail and good organization of work
- Fluent English (C1+), both written and spoken – required for daily coordination with international teams
- Fluency in Polish
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines
