📋 Job description

As a Mid Salesforce Consultant, you will be responsible for:

  • Analyzing and optimizing business processes in the area of customer service and field service operations,
  • Configuring and customizing Salesforce Service Cloud and Field Service Lightning,
  • Preparing business and technical documentation,
  • Creating and executing test scenarios,
  • Implementing solutions based on Salesforce best practices,
  • Working with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders in an Agile environment.

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Consultant (including at least 1 year with Service Cloud and FSL),
  • Hands-on knowledge of Flow, process automation, field service mobile configuration,
  • An analytical mindset and the ability to map business processes (e.g., BPMN),
  • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM teams,
  • Excellent command of English (min. B2/C1),
  • Excellent communication skills and team collaboration.
