About Client
Czerwone Noski Foundation is an NGO organization founded in 2012 in Poland. The Foundation provides emotional support to people who find themselves in difficult life situations. The foundation works for sick children in hospitals, their families, and seniors. Czerwone Noski’s activity also includes help and support for people experiencing a refugee crisis. Throughout its history, the organization has operated in 11 countries in Europe.
The Challenge
The need for improved communication with donors prompted the creation of a new system to assist Czerwone Noski in managing projects and enhancing donor relations. The foundation required a tailored solution specific to the NGO sector that would address its unique needs and expectations. Given that the NGO sector operates differently from other industries, the foundation sought a company experienced in working with non-governmental organizations, familiar with the operational needs of fundraising processes and mechanisms, and well-versed in the daily terminology used in fundraising.

The initial launch included integration with the PayU online payment system and one-time and recurring Blik payments. Additionally, Enxoo assisted Czerwone Noski in planning and establishing the Donor Journey process, ensuring it was “donor-oriented” to enhance cooperation and communication. As a long-term Salesforce partner specializing in digital transformation, Enxoo managed the data migration preparation and adapted the logic for the newly implemented system.
