What you’ll be doing:
As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for:
- Designing innovative cloud and mobile applications built using the Salesforce platform for companies from different industries (telecommunications, finances, distribution)
- Programming using an Apex, LWC and some low-code solutions
- Conducting needs analysis and designing IT solutions accordingly
- Integrating Salesforce with other systems e.g. ERP, billing, call center
- Preparing project documentation
- Working directly with our international clients
What will you need?
- Salesforce Fullstack Development: Minimum 3 years of experience, including Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Dev I, JS Dev I).
- Web Technologies: Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and optionally web components.
- API & Backend: Experience with REST/SOAP API development and database design.
- Frameworks: Familiarity with Salesforce Lightning and/or modern JS frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.
- Software Architecture: Understanding of design and architectural patterns.
- Soft Skills: Strong English (B2/C1), communication skills, independence, and eagerness to learn and grow in Salesforce.
Nice to have:
- Certified Salesforce.com
- Technical management and delivery leadership experience.
